Caviar Recipe

Iranian Caviar is the finest and most expensive in the world. Caviar has been a part of Persian cuisine for thousands of years. This is an excellent party or special occasion platter.


Step 1: Iranian caviar from the Caspian sea is the best available.

Step 2: Peel and chop onion very finely.

Step 3: Wash and chop parsley very finely.

Step 4: Add caviar to onion and parsley and mix well.

Step 5: If using unsalted crackers, a bit of salt can be added to the mix.

Step 6: If desired, place a bit of butter on each cracker, and serve with the mix.


  1. 200 g fine Persian black caviar
  2. salted cracker
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  5.  50 g fresh parsley
  6. butter (optional)
